Privacy Policy

We only collect what you type into one of our two forms:

• Contact form: your name, email address, message, and phone number if you choose to add one.
• Private event request form: event type, number of guests, date, start and end times, any details you add, your name, email address, an optional phone number, and how you heard about us.

You do not need an account to use this website, and we never ask visitors for payment information here.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits to this site. It records the page viewed, the site or search engine you arrived from, your country or region, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. It does this without cookiesand without following you to other websites, and it does not build a profile of you or tell us who you are — we only ever see totals, such as how many people looked at the menu last week.

We do not use advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising or social media pixel, and no cookie banner — a banner exists to ask permission for tracking cookies, and we do not set any.

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested — such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you visited. These server logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

The only cookies this site sets are login cookies for staff who sign in to the private admin area. Regular visitors are not given cookies by us.

• To reply to your message or question.
• To plan, quote, and follow up on a private event you asked about.
• To keep the website working, secure, and free of abuse.
• Occasionally, to email you about our specials, live music, and events. If you would rather not hear from us, reply to any message and say so, or email us at the address below, and we will remove you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Vercel — hosts the website, keeps the server logs described above, and provides the cookie-free visit counts described above.
• Supabase — stores contact messages, private event requests, and our website content in a database.
• Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.

Our homepage and Contact page embed a Google Map. That map loads directly from Google in your browser, so Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. The Google reviews and Facebook posts shown on our homepage are fetched by our own server, so simply viewing those sections does not expose you to Google or Facebook.

Links to online ordering, reservations, and our social media accounts take you to companies we do not control — once you leave this site, their privacy policies apply, not ours.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our guests, or the safety of others.

• Private event requests: kept as part of our business records. We do not delete them on a set schedule, so we can look up past events and serve returning guests. You can ask us to delete yours at any time — see “Your choices” below.
• Contact form messages: saved to our database and also emailed to us, and kept as part of our business records rather than deleted on a set schedule. You can ask us to delete yours at any time — see “Your choices” below.
• Server logs: kept for a short period by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons.
• Stop sending you promotional email.

Information sent through this website travels over an encrypted connection, and the database and admin area are password-protected and limited to staff who need access. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here.
